"Beautiful chic apartment- very warm, clean, well equipped and in a quiet, safe street.Just 1 minute from the CHamps Elysees and with a splendid view on the eiffle tower. Brilliant location, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Latin quarter (to eat!) and caught the metro to Montmatre and the Eiffle tower. Also found time to visit the flea market at Clingnancourt (by car) - all in one weekend!! Parking was a bit tricky, but free on Sat, Sun, and ALL of August!! Thank you David for making us feel so welcome x"

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Paris staying at the apartment on Balzac. We just wanted to say thank you for sorting this out for me so quickly and that the apartment was amazing especially the view!! We will definately stay with you again.

"We were there in June 08. The apartment was clean, neat and nicely decorated. We did love the location. You can see the Eiffel Tower and you are only one block from the Champs Elysees. I think the owner would be well served to have a book there of directions on how to use all the appliances and what to do in case of emergency. That would be very helpful. I would stay there again. It was amazing. Thanks again."

The location of the Balzac apartment if fantastic and we were surprised at how big it was compared to our expectation via the website. We would certainly recommend this apartment to visiting friends!
